My point exactly,and only time will tell for the latter.
Share holders are more inclined to part with their hard earned money for credit raising when the share price is in a nice steady climb.
Dilution at this current SP would be disastrous.
Management would know this,so any CR if needed would have to come instead from future earnings.
My point is that they must be burning serious amounts of money at the moment.
It appears to me that management are performing a serious juggling act.
I wonder if the lack of enthusiasm is the big guys watching on the side lines to see if they drop their balllls !!!
