is the fair value for fml sp?

Hartley has it at 8c on strong buy
and the other 5c on moderate sell

what's country writer's share price analysis?
what would you advice benny (who has a money printing machine) are the bandwidth of good fml stocking price?
if you are happy to share :)

for me the company noted NTA as 6c
and with some dream and potential effects
I would say about 12-15c is fair in current world climate
if indeed TI and Apollo is g-d sent
and CB timed it to perfection
then this could be one of those pinto's sharing
penny to dollar stock in few months
