As I said before, ARI might be a good investment in long run, first look at BSL, then look at constant buy from Allan Gray.
Third, is my personal opinion. IO is and will be oversupplied, but exit of high cost production has been barely mentioned, I saw one source, China probably will reduce 200Mt high cost production. Another reason, 100Mt port stock is only one month consumption for China's mills.
