Obviously the Golden Eagle gas field is no longer the focus.

The new name will reflect that reality.

The make up of the company, the holdings of the POV project is also different.

To me, this is as much a backdoor listing as Petroquest with WHN.

It is a new company and RS will be gone before too long, similar to PB of WHN.

As in life, we can only keep trying even woth past failures. For some, it seems that doing nothing and asking everyone else to do nothing due to past failures will make them feel that they have accomplished something in life. That is one level up from doing nothing.
