In a normal country (I don't know if Malaysia is) when a party requests the court to impose an interlocutory injunction that causes damages to the second party, the requesting party needs to prove to the court that they have the means to pay those damages if in the future the court finds the request for an injunction was not justified.
I don't think SMSL could show that they can pay damages in case their JR is repealed. So, in a normal country they could not get an injunction. But who know what will happen in Malaysia with this biased judge.
Anyways, I am sure that if she continues with the freeze, which is not founded on any scientific evidence, Lynas will immediately appeal in the federal court.
