unless management can start to get some expected near term business into the completed box then we may have to give up any hope of a mine this year.

H B has steadfastly held on to the November / Dec timeline for mining at Escarpment to be up and running, and I for one have chosen to, and still do believe this. But unless the Local authorities who have been beset by the Pike River disaster and the devastating Chrstchurch earthquakes, can find time to have the environmentals and access permits completed by June: Then we must be running out of time. And if it cant be done by Xmas then you would have to put it into the March / April time line.

None of this is unexpected; the Credit Suisse analysts report allowed for a 6 month delay to what it called an ambitious time line i think. So what does a first or early second quarter time line mean for us as shareholders, not a lot really, but we may need to adjust our thinking in relation to expectations if we dont get a date for environmental hearing in the next week or two.

    Just being a realist.
