However BF doesn't quite understand that 221 mil will not be the case forever.
Pls refer slide 10 & 19 frm KAR's March preso (or for that matter any Quarter of the past couple of years) b4 reading a analyst's report.
To get to that NPV, their is a lot of Capex involved infact for Browse KAR's share is $5.5b & for SA its $3.5b. The company has already suggested the capex increasing on the graphs on the above mentioned slides.
$45/sh assumes everything is discovered/proven/developed & producing, which clearly is a few moons away.
We r still waiting for the SA farmout & a number on Browse contingent resource.For now its time to drill & get the runs on the board.
How hard could it be for Scottie & Co. to say this to the wider audience !!
