Thanks namronette. Wasn't this one, but it's saying same thing, I believe it's old support dating back to Feb 09 and there's a fair few saying same thing I've seen. The blizzard could do the trick early this week, although you would have thought the effect could only last a few weeks. Or, more permanently, it could be some of the 8 biggest non-OPEC producers that OPEC invited for talks (ie threats) last October now conceding defeat and wanting to come back to OPEC to agree production cuts before their economies are permanently destroyed and civil unrest threatens their governments, which is always a compelling argument. Oman and Azerbaijan making overtures in last few days apparently . (Brazil, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Norway, Mexico, and Russia were the other 6 that OPEC need to capitulate before OPEC also agree production cuts, Russia probably being key and Putin is already on verge of agreeing with Saudis)
