In my view,SGP is longer cheap any more at this price ($3.9),with distribution yld. of 7.4% and PE around 10. I have sold all my holdings purchased at last spp($2.7) with the view that can buying back, when bad news comes in,.... e.g., ending First Home grant and interest going up next yr, as SGP has fair amount of income is from residental development. Hopeing I'm not wrong!
