Use it or lose it?

Mel has been waiting since 2008 for production licence. We are al ready halfway thru 2015.

Mel got Rosella approval in Feb 2014 only to be suspended 3 months later, without even receiving a phone call, because the State Govt got spooked, as the election was just around the corner and the Greens and LTG were making a lot of noise in the NR.

We won Supreme Court Unlawful Suspension, and we are still in the dark months later.

Mel desperately needs a partner to make things happen, but this has proven difficult in the past, as the State Govt keeps shifting the goal posts, making things impossible.
