the person that provided me with the information about non compliance with Disability requirements at the Noosa site had a long discussion with Harry K, turns out Harry K looked into it and said yep, disability shower and toilets are not usable, also 3 woman’s toilets are closed off, and he plans to do nothing about it. Bad luck to the disabled gym members, and bad luck to able bodied members according to the MD of VVA.
on top of that numerous bikes are broken and not being repaired, the sauna is closed and not being repaired but everyone is still being charged full whack
i have now seen the QHRC Complaint with my own eyes, and they have cited the ASX coy, its membership and property companies they have gone full metal jacket
so my question is once this hits A Current Affair et al how many other Club lime gyms are being run down like this
Club lime could be the next F45 if other members come out complaining about how Harry is running non compliant gyms
