Hi Arthur ... just had a quick look at BKV numbers and a bit of trivia ... for what it is worth.
The value of our share portfolio that mrs rem manages for us is more than the NTA of BKV. The issue being not how large is one but how small the other.
And from your post ... "The company statement also said that $291,121 had been paid in directors' fees in the first half." ... that is nearly $600,000 p.a. in fees to Directors???
With the possibility of a $1.5million loss for the year maybe the Directors might like to take a pay cut.
