Yesterday I took a swipe at Nick C and the moderator gave me a slap on the wrist. Probably justified.
In hindsight, the successful capital raising made a statement to SMSL.
Imagine trying to raise capital if they lost tomorrow's case.
SMSL can only kill off Lynas by making it haemorrhage money.
