the evidence shows that telstra is cash flow positive and pays a healthy dividend..imo,sp reflects the uncertainty surrounding what this govt will do in telecommunications arena..
they have already flagged splitting telstra up, though they have no legal right to do so..failing that they have flagged regulating telstra to death..failing that they have threatened to forbid telstra from bidding for wireless spectrum to be released...
chances of the govt finding the funds to build their bogus nbn are between buckleys and none..there's already a 50 billion black hole in the fed budget, state labour govts are in worse shape...do the math
