Dont count that stag profit too soon.
Of course not every share holder will take up the offer, but a that price a lot will.
With 15,000 shareholders that amounts to 2738 shares each, only 41,063,801 can be issued.
Might be wise to get your cheques in real early for this one.

P.S This is a great way to raise capital, RDF have done it a few times and the share price does not drop back to issue price as no one holder can get a large enough parcel to justify selling it down.
