This ann was merely to let the share holders know they would get dibs on a cheap spp...
The timing of the ann and dates contained meant clearly that if you werent already a holder there was no way to become eligible
My fears will be that the share will retrace when all those people who get the shares at 76c and wanna shift them for a healthy profit
Also the dilution effect should kick in.
