the first and only announcement was on 20/9/05

if they had realised then the price would have dropped on 16/9/05 - which was the effective "X" date.
(no one after 15/9/05 date can buy the 76c shares)

this retrospectivity should be illegal as it discriminates against certain shareholders and not others.

Also people who sold between 16/9/05 and 20/9/05 are also eligible to buy even though they sold before the announcement.

How unfair!!!!!
