If you have a poor broadband connection, then you will have trouble. If that is the case your problems will go back to Telstra most likely. I think you should tell the whole story if bagging new technology; if you do not know the exact problem, then say so. Perhaps you do not remember the problems with the internet when it began, but it has improved no end over time. As VOIP will be around for a long time, you should get on to your ISP and tell them the problems you have as they may occur with another VOIP provider. I'm not an ENG stockholder but an enthusiast for new technology.
