The acid plant will produce a significant amount of BMN's power requirements (I think about 60%-70%). Assuming they go ahead with the acid plant the worst possible case scenario would be no outside power so they could use generators for the shortfall. Don't plenty of gold miners use diesel power ... does anyone have a rough ballpark cost of 30-40% diesel power for BMN operation?
Anyway this is worst case as its highly likely they will be on the grid.
