Well I dont get it either, but what I think it all means or relates to essentially is the confidence in the US and its financial system. The real problem is that alot of key global entities have alot to lose from US monetary crisis. If the US cant pay its bills - we all go down with US.
However,... I am no expert - just a gobsmacked bystander... watching it all unfold with the rest of everyone.
