Where there is a will there is a way -water sufficient will be found and locations that have such a supply will be sourced or piped from or stored and piped from.
It is a business planning issue, however like all shorters SDE is trying to scare monger to force the stock down though why when he has no stock in the coy is odd - perhaps he is a pay per post down ramper?
Who knows but as he has no kin in the game who cares what he says?
