They should be excerting pressure of their own.

I would of let it known that I was looking to appoint a board member who has a reputation of getting deals done with the chinese.

Then appoint same.

If I were running things long ago.

Because unfortunately latest X'S public comments only said they were preparing a report to go to the Board, said nothing about guaranteeing a Yes from the Board.
