One point that I have not seen raised is the directors opportunity for riches from holdings in Genorah. Has anybody done any research on how Genorah is structured and who would benefit most from a takeover?

If their personal interests in Genorah far outweighed the options with NKP it may negate the urgency to settle by Dec 31. Having said that, 2.5 million options each at perhaps somewhere between 60c and 90c each is stil a powerful incentive.
