Thanks Stagman. Any luck finding a date for the appeal, as I just unsucessfully searched?
Given that the boot is on the other foot in this new case (except for the loophole in that the right was not registered which saved them) it could be that they either keep one or the other half of the Tubatse resource, as the two cases have roughly equal inferred resources at stake.
What are your (and others) thoughts?
