I just took a quick glance at the report. More right-downs unfortunately and distributions still suspended.

NTA was reduced to 18 cents, so still good value under 10 cents. Operating profit was 0.85 cents for the half and still looking at 1.65 to 1.8 cents for the year.

The results could have been better but I think it shows that we have reached the bottom of the cycle.

It still remains a long-term buy for me but I think that you might have to hold it for longer to see the returns.
