    Can PWC really maintain they are independent when they say it is "reasonable" to treat CSM shareholders "unfairly". I have never heard anything so outrageous.

    I still dont get it. Who in their right mind is going to accept an offer which is below current market price? Why have they wasted shareholder money sending out the documentation?
