Yes buc, property valuations ( actually land ) are really starting to hot up, here in Sth East Queensland. It's been frustrating seeing Hobart / Melbourne / Adelaide / Sydney house prices rocketing over the past 2 Years & Brisbane prices not following the trend, but recently over the past 6 months prices are finally heading to the Moon
I do feel sorry for the youngsters under twenty five, but for those over the age of 40 who are healthy & have been in full employment all the time, well they only have themselves to blame for not purchasing a home over the past 10 years when prices were flat lining.
