Its always amazed me why Brisbane prices are so cheap, I even considered selling my house to move there.
The quality of housing there for a fair price makes it a dream compared to the rubbish housing quality here in NZ that cost a million plus.
Once the New Zealand to Australia border opens freely again look out because there will be a influx of kiwis leaving to Australia to buy cheaper housing options, and I don't blame them.
