It's funny that I've been an advocator for every renter to buy a house for the past 10 yrs. Every time, I post about home ownership, surely there have been many renter Lo---rs like Menta et all, stopping people to buy a house claiming crash is imminent. Currently we have a self proclaimed magnate with 100+ property ownership with 60+ yrs experience in the industry telling people not to own a home... that's the most hilarious story. Why the heck that he old dude is clinging to his 100+ houses to himself when the market is going to crash, & soon he'll fell of the perch. (But I guest is just a fairy tale hallucination story, unless he is richer than twiggy) .
