The key takaways from todays underlined

· Further conductive brines have been intersected with high flows at Lake’s CauchariLithium Brine Project, Argentina.

· Drillrig currently below 300m targetinga 350-450m horizon within the next7-10 days that is anticipated to show higher lithium values within asand horizon.

· Results show continuity of lithium brine horizons from adjoiningworld-class major project in pre-production stage.

Thedrill rig is below 300m, after havingencountered challenging drilling conditions due to high fluid pressures andgravel/sand horizons. The target is asand horizon estimated between 350-450m which has recorded higher lithiumvalues and fluid flows in the adjoiningproject.

Recentlithium brine results with lithium values up to 538 mg/L show continuityof a number of lithium brine horizons into Lake’s leases from adjoining majorprojects (Figures 1-4) in pre-production with Ganfeng/Lithium Americas (LAC).Conductive brines under pressure were intercepted and sampled at a depth around290m, with high conductivities anddensity readings of 1.200 g/cm3

Sowhat to expect

IMHO we will get a series of reports as we getto target zone…the values expected are so significant they can/must be reported continuously..this is difficult as observationsmust be chemically verifyied.

The nature of the ground is difficult asextremerly high flow rates..casing must be done to protect for production//this slows advance.

We are yet to hear the purity or if there isany other impurities that will restrict the Lilac extraction process..nomention so far so if all clear we will get a premium product.
