I was thinking whether the IPM purchase is negtive in the ST. aftern talking today about how the cash pile is likely to be retained, my conclusion is thet holding IPM shares for 12 months or more has no negative impact on Cooper, specially when you consider they will be receiving the dividend, it really is a passive strategic position costing nothing
