I'm sure it is 1.5 pc fee, and 20pc above cash rate benchmark, pretty standard in these type of funds. Yeps they are small, but their unlisted version of this fund has performed excellently, 15pc per annum after fees! They have alot of freedoms to trade long short pairs ipos and micros. They are in the top quartile of funds in this category and have a very sharp management team.
If they show the same performance with this beast, it will be a premium to NTA and more capital raising. Quality rarely is cheap. Agreed, market cap needs to be doubled ir tripled
