As a relative newcomer to trading I've got to say the current market is not for the feint hearted.
Most of my investments are for the long term - Mainly as a retirement fund, so there are a few years to recover. However it is very worrying seeing a sea of red every day for the last week.
How do you all cope in the this sort of market?
