djdutts - your post is simply ridiculous and I am not sure why I am dignifying it with a response.
It is very widely understood that FDA approval timeframes are increasing. If ACL did not recognise that they would be living in a fantasy world.
There is nothing in the printed document to contradict previous representations from ACL that despite lengthening FDA approvals timeframes, they have every reason to believe that FDA approval for their product is just around the corner.
You are welcome to question ACL's forecasting ability, as it has been wrong many times before.
However, the fact that ACL recognises that FDA timeframes have increased / are increasing adds nothing to the environment.
