I hate being negative but I feel compelled to write here in the hope the company takes heed and improves in this area.
I have sent in by email, change of address forms for my personal and company accounts on the 27th January and 1st February respectively and am yet to have this dealt with. I have received confirmation emails that they have been received and have a recent email saying they are behind due to demand and it will take one to two weeks to be dealt with.
It is the second change of residential address in a short period of time. This was due to opening a US trading account just prior to the most recent move and whereby the exact residential address was required but had not been updated from a move almost two years prior.
Problem is the first change should not have changed my postal address which hasn’t changed.
I now intend to forward the invoice to SWF for mail redirection.
Anyone else having undue lengths of time to have their enquires dealt with?
