Icarus - they're quite new and growing rapidly (in absolute terms, and in market share of >7%). GME came as a surprise in late Jan. Sign-ups and support demands increased by at least double, overnight. They're hiring, but it takes time for hiring to catch up to customer demand. I think they've doubled their customer support team just recently, but since the new employees would just be exiting training now/recently, they'd not yet be at full speed, and there might be more hiring still ongoing.
