You are obviously an accountant or some kind of a financial egg head whose profession have managed to complicate the financial industry so much that the average guy appears to need a lawyer to pay his rent. I put my case again!! in terms you can understand. If you DDBB purchase two ice creams at the sum of $5 each =$10 if you sell one of your ice creams to some mug on the street for $10 as you walk down the street licking your ice cream, how much did your ice-cream cost you? . And don't feed me all that cgt and income tax crap.
