The only encouraging factor is the foreign sales which were up from 1.8m in Q1 to 2.0m in Q2.
50% of Eli Lilly's drugs have larger sales overseas than in the USA.
I know USA sales are still dominant - but eventually if they fall to a sustainable base, and Europe and everywhere else really starts to pick up pace (currently growing around 10% a quarter), then the potential to reach the milestone payment is still technically possible in the next 2 to 3 years.
