CR so soon after expiry of the options and delay in ZOLA and Ringwood announcement showed that CXO was waiting for as many as investors to exercise options so as to get more money in the kitty.
CR is not good as it leads to further dilution. It becomes further miserable if it is done without a solid strategy and resources to back up.
In my view again, CXO sp true value will be around 2.0c for a long time to come.
