I would have thought that once you were locked into one of these platforms it would be fairly difficult to change. ie like SAP. Yes you cannot let your soft wear age and it does need updating and continual development, but clients are loathed to leave and they can influence the directions changes take. This is probably why the increase in R&D. Do you have any evidence for clients that have left and gone to Bravura, or is this just speculation.
