No doubt in mind that the BHP allowed the junior (HRR) to test things on their own knowing that heap leach wasnt the way to go.
End result now is that HRR realises that its best to be in bed with a giant. No doubt BHP has played this very wisely.
The bail out card was the provision of the technology license.
Now its only a matter of time.
