a little over 2 months ago (not 2 weeks as you have stated) NTU was around 36 cents - but you couldn't buy them at 31.5 cents (a 12% discount) - thats the point

Buddy134 it's evident to me you do not hold shares in NTU - otherwise you would have grasped the above in an instant

loyal shareholders who have supported the company should have been given the opportunity to purchase NTU shares at 44 cents, when in fact they were trading at 50 cents

instead management has chosen to go down the path of rewarding newbies to NTU who have not been loyal shareholders

no doubt NTU management took the advice of their broker Bell Potter in relation to this matter - now would Bell Potter have a vested interest - of course they would they do

and like most brokers you can bet that many of those shares will find they way back onto the market so you know who can pick up 2 lots of brokerage / fee income

I encourage all NTU shareholders to email NTU management and ask to be treated to a rights issue at a 12% discount to the prevailing market price
