"Proposed"changes to R&D tax rules doesn't mean that the changes are in place.
The changes may never be in place........... just like any functioning wave farm under CCE's inept management may never be in place.
CCE have proposed more partnerships with organizations across the world than I have had hot dinners but hardly any come to fruition.
I for 1 was confident of the information being communicated by MO over many years and I have lost many many thousands of $$$.
It makes me ill.
I think the ABC has more powder....
