Not good reading- PPA extension ?, page-3

Its not pretty reading. I suspect that there are some games in here, but sadly the bulk is probably true i.e. EWC failed to provide basic requirements under the terms of their agreement. I have 0 confidence in the attention to detail or governance. They just plough ahead without due care or consideration - a trend we have seen in almost every aspect of this project. If we have a right to provide healthcare, then we should do so. No excuses (including covid etc). Its not on and we should be fined, correct it, and move on. Lets hope it doesn't impact our PPA negotiation. I cant help but feel its all part of the gamesmanship, but lets hope Stewart uses the carrot and not his stick to get this over the line.
