Palmtree, I dont think the PLN would want to own this thing having to install another operator. It could very well be just as much a stranded asset for them as the LNG plant has been for us. They would have to buy the gas from us and to my knowledge there is no infrastructure such as a pipeline network or LNG terminal to source other gas. Unlike coal there is no cap on gas pricing and it would have to be a negotiated rate.....That's the stick...The carrot could come in many other forms.
