Then you have QRN looking for long term rail business.
QLD government looking to unlock the region as a source of royalty income.
Add up the volume 30 to 40 million tonnes.
Xstrata really going to gives this up?
Nothing is certain, but imo I believe the other Surat players have backup alternatives.
Right now it would be easier to follow Xstrata's lead.
