Its basically rigged

Person with biggest bank account has most influence. One time, I bought BAL at a short time frame, I could move it 5 cents in short time..... but of course, there are always bigger sharks out there so now they are targeting BAL and moving 20 cents+ in the opposite direction.

News usually get the attention of others in the market and may try to buy in.. thats why shorters run for cover (usually) and some HC members asks for market updates!

Shorters borrow stocks from Brokers and so if you are with a broker to buy/sell shares, that broker could be lending out your shares.... and earn an interest.... but they expect the shares back of course..
