Well I guess people panic when other people panic but they are usually last in to buy something and also last out. These same people see the kind of world where Americans will drive less now because oil is expensive and will drive even less over summer (the peak driving season), which starts in one week. They also see the President of Iran and and the US making up through love letters, friendly courting games and serious attempts to engage via email, the telephone and then possibly even face to face and of course the weather will be much better this summer. Last year was just a few freak storms. Global warming is a myth and they're sure their won't be as many hurricanes as last year and they are sure they read something of late about a decline in global demand for oil at these prices.

Yeah right. Follow the sheep. To me HDR just presented even more value, so I will add some more.
