re: not good re mapes for Toll Bros,I agree, the outlook seems dim for the next yr or so, but RIN derive over half their revenue from non res and another 30% from Australia...so a 20% decline in USA res is equal to 4% of total revenue....the stock has already factored that in, dont you think, by halving in price over the last 4 mnths.
I honestly despair at some of these worry warts...

And a peice of advice for CFD players...5% margins may seem a bargain at the time, but they also mean bigger losses for those who generally cant afford them...hence the extrem volatility....
