re: not good re mapes with 50% of non res, and chance of future interest rate rise this is not good either. I do think that a lot of what i said is factored in. However, the bleakish outlook has somewhat diminishied the upside of the play. I was long some 13.69 Dec calls (not any more). Yes it is undervalued, no i wouldnt have sold if they were shares.
I made play, thought that a slowing in interest rates would be good. Got it wrong, so i am out.
Long term i think still good value for greater than year especially yield
